West Hartford is a town in Hartford County. He is extremely strict and pedagogical because he is an austere educator and although he teaches really well, he will lose his mind over petty student micro-violations such as forgetting to staple a lab report or not indenting a new paragraph.
He is frequently noted for his sense of entitlement, especially when among those that do not fit in with the town’s flashy consumer norms and ultra-progressive worldview. West Hartford is a fanatic of Collective Punishment, and will carry it out if inconvenienced in any trivial, arbitrary fashion.
The town is also a big fan of gentrification and is a huge hypocrite when preaching for racial equality and multiculturalism because of his astoundingly-high property taxes that force the minorities to flee to the nightmare city called Hartford. Even the freaking parking tickets in Blue Back Square are incredibly unreasonable.
Although West Hartford is undoubtedly rough around the edges, he does have a hidden good side. He only wants the very best for his students, even if it means humiliating them in ways never conceived before, such as digging into the recycling bin for a student’s discarded doodle and berating said student about it later.
